    Urban Outfitters is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to play a key role in the content and web management for the EU sites and apps. The ideal candidate is a dynamic, highly flexible, and driven individual who can excel under pressure, work within tight time constraints and is able to plan ahead. This position will be responsible for a multitude of website related tasks whilst maintaining key relationships with several departments. The candidate will have great organisational and communication skills, attention to detail and have the ability to filter/prioritise feedback and requests.




    • Maintain and upload content on EU Urban Outfitters websites and iOS/Android apps using the content management system and personalisation/optimisation tool
    • Responsible for analysing and testing all content and links to ensure that information that is live is accurate to the brief through coordination and validation
    • Required to attend weekly content marketing meetings and work collaboratively with various departments including teams based in North America



    • Manage site and app change requests (translation upload, help page amendments and ad-hoc copy updates)
    • Make recommendations to optimise and improve the digital customer journey through competitor research and analysing key metrics
    • Assist with Weekly and Monthly Content reporting that is shared out to the wider teams
    • Support the Manager with testing and bug reporting/resolution across our sites and apps
    • When required, collaborate with the Manager on various Digital projects


    • Strong capacity for multi-tasking, working independently and collaboratively, and have effective time management skills
    • A passion for retail and specifically eCommerce in today’s marketplace by having awareness of industry trends
    • Proactive personality that is able to identify and resolve site issues before they go out to the customer; follow-through until resolution is vital
    • Basic understanding of key performance metrics
    • This position is highly collaborative and fast paced, while also requires someone who is able to work independently and prioritise their workload



    • Competency with web-based product, content, or catalog management applications.
    • Familiar with digital design and asset creation
    • Understanding of global e-commerce website experiences and international fashion markets
    • Technical expertise to answer questions about or troubleshoot problems with the website and CMS
    • Knowledge of Google Analytics
