Customer service is a key item on our agenda; the experience our customers get is everything and our teams work hard to make that experience the best it can be.
Retail Operations is the Head Office department for our stores. Here we drive new store openings, procedures and policies, and house HR and field managers to support the store teams. This function is critical in supporting the teams on the ground to be at the forefront of the retail market and the take our loyal brand followers on an incredible journey in store.
